Lesley Storkey is a skilled Speaker, Facilitator and Trainer with over 20 years experience training, facilitating and communicating with both large and small groups. Her passion for facilitation and training led to the development of Storkey’s Team, a successful business owned by Lesley and her husband offering effective Business Mentoring programs in a timely and cost effective manner to businesses throughout the Eastern States of Australia.
With extensive experience as a leader in the field of Project Management and Real Estate, Lesley understands that in all facets of life, any ability, talent or business skill must be constantly exercised and upgraded in order to maintain a competitive edge. Like athletes and sporting teams, businesses require coaches and must ensure that the vital activities of training, facilitation and development are an integral part of all business operations.
Through Storkey’s Team, Lesley prides herself in providing specifically designed mentoring programs from staff training sessions and assessments to strategic planning and facilitation, which keep businesses on track, culminate growth and motivate staff. She enjoys the challenge of facilitating and has a talent for “bringing the best out” of even the most reserved participant.
